🧄2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
🌶 1 fresh chilli finely chopped
🌱 1 tsp salt
🌱 1 tbsp sugar
🌱 1 tbsp white vinegar
🍋Juice of 1 lemon
🌱 1/4 cup water
Using a pestle and mortar, grind up the chilli, garlic, and lemon.
Dissolve the sugar and salt in a little warm water.
Combine all ingredients and add water until it is diluted to your liking.
